Seafreight:
Space, blank sailings and allocations to Far east
Airfreight:
Asia: With the exception of China and HK. Most of the counties have restricted the passenger service or even CAO. Rates
are raising day by day.
North America: 90% of all air-cargo loads were on passenger service. This service has been reduced by 90%. We can work
with CAO service which is currently full and overrated. This situation will get worse as the days goes by.
South America: Most of the airlines stopped operating. Also due to the traditional low CAO service demand in this area, the
offer of this service is very low. The situation is similar to the US or even worse.
Details in case of major issues
MAD Airport: Two out of three terminals closed due to low demand.
BCN Airport: Two out of three terminals closed due to low demand

Agreements and contract rates are not valid anymore. Every request should be treated as spot and the validity of the same
is very short.
Cargo terminals: From being operative 24/365. They are now only operative from 8am to 17h pm.

Demand continues on imports from all trades into ANZ
. North East Asia, South East Asia, Indian Sub-Continent, Europe/Med and the US continues to face full utilization, carriers are suggesting a booking lead-time of 8 weeks ex Europe and 4-6 weeks ex Asia and Indian Sub-Continent.
. Equipment is impacted, particularly ex North East Asia, South East Asia and the Indian Sub-Continent.
. As a result of a covid issue there are some delays in North East Asia with the main impact being in central and east China, the port of the covid case, Ningbo, with the terminal impacted, Meishan now re-opened and with some vessel alongside and operations have resumed, while some other vessel have been directed to other terminals in the Ningbo port to help ease the delays and backlog .
. Carriers have started to announce blank sailings, port omissions and sliding of vessels due to delays on previous voyages and in the lead up to the golden week In China in the first week of October and this will impact on capacity in the market, while ex Europe, carriers are already advising of full bookings way into the third and fourth week of September into Australia/New Zealand.
. Transhipment hubs in South East Asia (Singapore/Malaysia) are facing severe congestion and rollover of approximately 6 weeks.
. As a result of this a few carriers have taken steps to ease the congestion and clear the backlog by suspending booking acceptance from origins such as China, Europe/Med and South East Asia feeder ports.
. Trans-Tasman, both eastbound and westbound continues to be strong with some port omissions and blank sailings.
. Export ex Australia demand for space is still at a premium while we are starting to see an easing in the NZ export market while the push for empty evacuation and re-positioning equipment back to Asia continues to speed up the re-use of equipment for export.
Details in case of major issues
. In Oceania, schedule reliability remains under constant review due to ongoing disruptions from port congestion both at origin and destination ports. Vessels are currently delayed 3 days in Singapore, whilst in Auckland berthing windows are not expected to return before 2022. In Fremantle, Brisbane and Melbourne, schedule delays are averaging 24-48hrs due to late arriving vessels, bad weather, PIA notifications and weekend labour availability.
. With the latest COVID outbreak in Auckland and resulting lock down and stricter health protocols in place, we expect some impact to terminal productivity.
. In Sydney delays for vessels arriving off-window have now improved, standing at 1 day.
Delays at DPW Sydney remain at 3-5 days for vessels arriving outside of their schedule ETA's.
There is still some Protected Industrial action at PATRICK terminals throughout Australia.
. Additional schedule adjustments are in place and/or under regular review to protect schedule reliability.
. Equipment management in Auckland sees empty stocks remain high, but depots remain open and accepting empty containers.
Airfreight into and out of the Oceania region remains under intense pressure as air cargo volume ramps up in to the back half of 2021, while Australia and New Zealand remain under various lockdown measures, constraining inbound passengers which in turn strangles air cargo routes.
Oil prices and corresponding aviation fuel prices have settle after a multi month climb from the depths of March 2020 which should bring some relief to the ever increasing fuel surcharges.

since there no PAX flights at all, only freighters are working (or PAX aircrafts carrying just cargo), there is a shortage in space and rates have gone up dramatically to all destinations.
Details in case of major issues
No shutdown or major limitations on the airport (TLV) and the seaports (Ashdod, Haifa).
The problem is with the lack of flights and cancellations of shipping lines voyages.
Other comments
There are restrictions on number of workers per office so the business community is working no more than 50% of its capability.

Seafreight: The Jordan Maritime Authority instructed ship agents to arrange to fumigate all vessels entering regional waters.
Airfreight: AMM Airport stopped allowing civilian passengers to fly in or out of the country starting yesterday. Cargo is still allowed to enter and exit the country. However, the ban on passengers created a severe drop in available cargo capacity. Turkish Airlines are now operating 1-2 freighters per week. Cargolux is operating 2. Royal Jordanian started operating new freighter services, as well as passenger aircrafts that are only carrying cargo.
Customs: Jordan Customs will have 50% of their officers operate remotely
